*BREAK*

Jared has finished his second semester at NNU! So now he's officially half-way done. He passed all his classes and now is finally on break! His break is 5 weeks long and is going by too fast already. He attends his internship twice a week from 6-12 and still has to work with his clients everyday. So he's not home much more than when he was going to school, but at least now when he's home he can actually be with us rather than in the bedroom doing homework. It's nice to have the extra help with cleaning and watching Laken.

So here are a few things that we've done or plan on doing during the break:

We went to Idaho Falls this last weekend to visit family and attend a friend's wedding. I was able to see lots of friends from BYU-Idaho and it was fun catching up with them. It was also nice to see some of Jared's family and let Laken spend some time with his grandma and grandpa Ball. He was such a good little boy on the trip and loved showing off and being showed off.

In another week we'll be heading to Florida! We're so excited to get out of town again and get into some warm weather. We're meeting my family there and it'll be nice for my parents to see Laken again since it's been a while. While in Florida we'll see my grandparents, go to the beach, play games and possibly go to an amusement park. It'll be a nice little get-away but I know the time will go by fast.

Those are the big things that we've done or are planning during the break. Before heading to Florida, we'll be busy getting ready for it. We've got summer clothes to buy, projects to finish, cleaning to do, and packing to start. Then hopefully after Florida we'll be able to spend a little more time outside and doing fun things before Jared goes back to class and has a busy life again.
